The RFI addresses twelve capability areas: authorized service certifications for Mercury and Suzuki marine engines, preventative maintenance turnaround times, diagnostic and repair experience for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, marine electronics installation and repair (Furuno radar, sonar, GPS/chart plotters, marine radio systems), hull and structural maintenance, fuel system maintenance, trailer maintenance, vessel inspection and readiness assessment processes, maintenance documentation systems, technical consultation, commercial pricing practices, and facility capacity for storing and servicing multiple vessels.
Interested contractors must submit a capability statement or brochure of no more than five pages via email to SSgt Hanna Tilley at hanna.l.tilley.mil@socom.mil, addressing all RFI questions and including DUNS number, CAGE code, socio-economic status, relevant contract experience with dollar values and customer points of contact, and firm business size classification. NAICS code 441222 (Boat Dealers) applies, with a forty million dollar size standard. The deadline for questions is June 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.
