The contractor is responsible for all cylinder ownership, preventative maintenance, repairs, compliance with federal and state regulations, monthly inventory reporting, monthly invoicing, and annual reporting.

The BPA runs one year base (August 10, 2026 through August 9, 2027) plus four one-year option periods, with a total aggregate ceiling of $548,952.96 and annual not-to-exceed of $109,790.59 per year. Questions were due July 21 and are now closed; quotes are due July 23 at 12:00 PM EDT to Jennifer Gartzke at xuy7@cdc.gov. This recompetes two prior BPAs with incumbent Butler Gas Products Company.
