About this opportunity

The Federal Aviation Administration seeks capability statements from vendors to provide forensic scheduling analysis services to support the construction of 30 air traffic control towers funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Vendors must demonstrate experience evaluating design-build contractor proposals, monitoring project schedules, reviewing change requests and delays, developing equipment installation schedules, and potentially assisting with dispute resolution for multiple tower replacement projects across FAA regions. Capability statements must address vendor expertise, qualifications, abilities and experience in these areas. Responses are due by January 29, 2024 to be considered for the initial time and materials contract covering analysis for three towers from 2024 through 2026, with options to extend support to additional projects.

There is no set-aside designation for this pre-solicitation notice. Services will likely be procured under NAICS 541611 and PSC R425. The contract has potential value from 2024 through 2026 to support analysis of at least three tower projects across the FAA's Western Service Area, with the possibility of additional work in the Central and Eastern regions.
