About this opportunity
The Department of Energy Office of Science seeks quotations for a benchtop jacketed laboratory reactor system with ten line items, with quotations due September 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM CST. Evaluation is based on lowest price for technically acceptable proposals.
Place of performance is Lemont, Illinois. The procurement includes a ReactorReady Mini Starter modular benchtop reactor platform compatible with digital controller integration, a 250 mL single jacketed mini vessel kit with borosilicate or chemically resistant glass construction, an RS20 Control mini overhead stirrer with digital speed control, an AVA Pad reactor controller with touchpad interface for semiautomated operation and data logging, M16x1 insulated hose (150 cm minimum length, with minimum two units required), M16 PEEK vessel side arm connectors for chemical resistance, a CC-K6 with Pilot One 4.5L circulator, an E-Grade professional condenser unit, connection cables, and a condenser jacket coil with fittings. All components must support semiautomated control and precise thermal management for laboratory-scale chemical reactions.
Quotations must be firm fixed price with F.O.B. destination shipping and Net 30 cash terms. Proposals must include a signed copy of the RFQ, fully executed ANL-70A representations and certifications, and country of origin documentation. Any resulting purchase order is subject to Argonne Terms and Conditions (ANL-71-COM) and will be exempt from Illinois occupation, use, and excise taxes.
The NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; PSC is 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. Inquiries should be directed to Laura Sanchez at (630) 252-1621 or sanchezl@anl.gov. The RFQ solicitation number is 6-B185-Q-00433-00.
