About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground is seeking information on Battle Management and Mission Autonomy (BMMA) Software Platforms to support Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capabilities from a multi-domain perspective. Key objectives include mission autonomy software for unmanned systems, multi-domain command and control across land, sea, air, cyber, and space domains, sensor fusion capabilities, open architecture with Software Development Kit (SDK) and Application Programming Interface (API) integration, and a full-stack autonomous command and control dashboard. Vendors must demonstrate technical capabilities in autonomous system coordination, data fusion, distributed mesh networking, artificial intelligence decision-making, and threat prediction technologies. Responses must be submitted by December 15, 2025, at 1700 EST in two formats: a 2-page PDF describing the software platform solution and a Microsoft Excel file with responses to structured questions and comments. All interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and inquiries must be submitted by December 8, 2025, at 1000 EST via email to the designated government points of contact.
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning and informational purposes only and will not result in a direct contract award. No set-aside designations have been applied to this opportunity, and no incumbent contractors or current contract holders have been identified in the solicitation materials. The government has not disclosed specific award values or budget ranges for this procurement. No particular numerical quantities of goods or defined service timelines have been specified in the RFI, as this solicitation is designed to gather industry capability information rather than issue a binding procurement. An amendment issued on December 3, 2025, provided revised attachments and clarified submission procedures. The government indicates it may request one-on-one discussions with respondents to clarify submitted information and further evaluate potential solutions.
