This solicitation seeks proposals for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity Mini-Multiple Award Construction Contract to provide various general building construction projects at Department of Defense facilities in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. The purpose of this amendment is to:
- Include NAVFAC P-307 June 2016 requirements for Weight Handling Program Management (Attached)
- Include requirements for EM-385-1-1 USACE Safety and Health Requirements- see link:

- Provide Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) responses; all PPIs are hereby answered.
The proposal due date remains unchanged; Friday 07 February 2020 at 14:00 Central European Time (CET).
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
