About this opportunity
The United States Special Operations Command seeks proposals to provide atmospheric reporting and publicly available information analysis services in support of Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve. Offerors must demonstrate native language proficiency and subject matter expertise related to Iraq, Syria, and other locations. The contractor will be responsible for project management, transition planning, and delivering atmospheric assessments and research analysis. Proposals will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis, with pricing required for reporting, travel expenses, and insurance line items. Proposals are due by May 20, 2020.
There is no set-aside designation. Services will be performed under NAICS 541611 and PSC D302. The single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a one year base period and one six-month option period. The place of performance includes locations within the continental United States and the Middle East with at least two contractor staff maintaining top secret clearances.

All language and translation requirements are subject to change over the life of this contract. The contractor shall provide full-service cultural knowledge, linguistic services, political, journalistic, editorial, media, and information technology subject matter expertise.
