The contractor should provide a unit price for 1 square foot of window film in C LIN 0001AF. The total price for CLIN 001AF should be the square foot price time s 3000 square foot. For the remaining CLINs, the contractor should provide a unit price for 1 of eac h of the items. The total price for each CLIN should be the unit price times th
e number of units listed for that item. We will modify the contract based on an approved/negotiated numbers of each item to be installed after government revie w of the survey results. However, the contract should expect the final amount to be at least the minimum number of items for each description listed. Example 1, CLIN001AB requests a unit price for 1 door. The number of units is 1 . The total price for CLIN 0001AB will be the price of 1 door, but we may not a ward any door installations because the minimum number in the description is 0.
Example 2, CLIN001AD1 requests a unit price for 1 doorbell. The number of units is 5. The total price for CLIN 0001AD1 will be the price of 5 doorbells, but m ay only award 1 doorbell installations because the minimum number in the descrip tion is 1.
The successful contractor will be awarded a contract to start the site surveys l isted in CLIN 0001AA. There will be a planned MOD to the contract to award negotiated quantities on t he remaining CLINs. The funding document will have funds to cover award of the sum of the Total Price for CLIN spreadsheet column for all CLINs. I. There will be no tax exemption forms for this solicitation issued. j.
