Added: Oct 04, 2015 11:02 pm ​​The main objective of the Asia Support Services for Local Solutions IDIQ is to cost-effectively support more strategic, systematic and measurable approaches to organizational capacity development in Asia with the goal of realizing increased leadership by local partners in determining development priorities and delivering effective localized responses. The effort aims to ensure that there is clear accountability and responsibility for building long‐term sustainability. It will support USAID’s local implementing partners and stakeholders with a goal of strengthening their ability to perform, sustain, and self‐renew in ways that further development outcomes in their societies as well as being able to advance their grant objectives and work with USAID.

Amendment no. 2 to SOL-486-15-000008 Asia Regional Support Services for Local Solutions
The purpose of this Amendment no. 2 is to provide answers to questions submitted by interested parties and to incorporate changes under Section L.7 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE COST/BUSINESS PROPOSAL as specified in Part A. of the Amendment.
Except as so stated, all other terms and conditions in the original RFP and its prior Amendment remain the same.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) at the Regional Development Mission for Asia (USAID/RDMA) is seeking proposals from U.S. or non-U.S., non-profit or for-profit organizations, in providing a broad range of local capacity development services, both technical and advisory, in support of USAID/RDMA and USAID bilateral missions' local capacity building efforts in the Asia region as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID anticipates a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ).
The main objective of the IDIQ is to cost-effectively support more strategic, systematic and measurable approaches to organizational capacity development in Asia with the goal of realizing increased leadership by local partners in determining development priorities and delivering effective localized responses. The effort aims to ensure that there is clear accountability and responsibility for building long‐term sustainability. It will support USAID's local implementing partners and stakeholders with a goal of strengthening their ability to perform, sustain, and self‐renew in ways that further development outcomes in their societies.
