About this opportunity

The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service is moving forward with the next steps for the Ascend Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Pool 1. The Ascend BPA is a competitive, multiple-award, multi-agency BPA that will address the government-wide need for cloud solutions, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and cloud-related IT professional services. GSA has posted a draft solicitation on GSA eBuy under RFQ1694175 and is seeking feedback from interested parties by May 17, 2024. The government plans to award multiple BPAs in each pool, with each award having a specific scope to allow all federal agencies and eligible entities to acquire secure, integrated commercial cloud solutions. Award dates are yet to be determined.

This is a full and open competition, with no set-aside designations. The government will evaluate quotes based on compliance, technical capabilities, past performance, and pricing criteria. Pricing must be at or below the vendor's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) catalog rates. The government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this notice.
