About this opportunity
The U.S. Army seeks to award an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to conduct thorough inspections and assessments of the structural integrity and habitability of between 10,000 to 40,000 Army housing units located across CONUS and OCONUS installations. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command will evaluate responses to the sources sought notice to determine potential offerors' capabilities, experience, and ability to meet the requirements outlined in the draft performance work statement. Interested parties must respond by August 22 with their recommendations and confirmation that NAICS code 238210 is appropriate.
The requirement has no set-aside designations. It is anticipated to be awarded under NAICS code 238210 for specialty trade contractors with an estimated quantity of 10,000 to 40,000 housing units to be inspected annually over a one base year plus four 12-month option period contract. Inspections must be performed by licensed home inspectors on all Army housing inventory types, including single family homes, duplexes, and multifamily structures. Evaluation will consider the firm's inspection experience, proposed methodologies, and ability to meet reporting requirements through an online military housing portal.
