Closure methods are specified in the Schedule of Items and Statement of Work. Contractors must provide fire prevention and suppression at their own expense, designate a Fire Guard, and maintain equipment per the Industrial Fire Precautions Plan. The offer must remain firm for 90 calendar days. Submissions require completed SF 1449 forms, a Schedule of Items in Excel format, a technical approach not exceeding 20 pages, and past performance documentation not exceeding 10 pages.
