The 177FW NJ ANG is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the removal, replacement, and installation of 18 steel blast doors in the Munitions Storage Area of the 177FW.

Contractor installation shall include the removal and disposal of the existing steel doors, Blast Engineering for the new doors, fabrication, delivery, and installation of the new doors. The project will be broken down as base (4 doors), Option 1 (6 doors), and Option 2-3 (4 doors each). The documentation associated with this project has been included in the attachment section.  

The contract duration is 300 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000-$1,000,000.
