The contractor must provide a minimum of seven 40-cubic-yard roll-off containers for collecting large bulky items such as furniture, appliances, lumber, and boxes at various locations within the APOD footprint. Critical requirements include ensuring that solid wastes collected at APOD are not commingled with waste from other sources, maintaining empty collection vehicles prior to any APOD collection, and transporting collected waste directly to the final disposal site without passing through transfer facilities. The contractor must also respond to unscheduled collections within 4 duty hours during training rotations.
