*****PLEASE NOTE******
There were questions posed to the Technical Point of Contact regarding this solicitation (see below).
This solicitation will be extended and close of August 7, 2026 @12:30 PM
* What documentation or certification is required to verify compliance with the Level II cleanliness standard?
Certificate of Conformance
* Are there any specific procedures or protocols that need to be followed to maintain the cleanliness of the trailers during delivery and replacement?
Level II clean requires the surfaces to be visually free of grease, oil flux, scale, dirt, loose particles, and any other material foreign to the base material or system fluid(nitrogen). Caps and plugs are typically used to protect the cleanliness of the connections and hoses as well as the threads and sealing surface, provided they too are level II clean.
* Are there any additional requirements or specifications that need to be met for the seals, caps, and plugs installed on the trailers?
The seals, caps, and plugs must be compatible with the gas and fitting material and suitable for the intended purpose of protection and sealing.
