About this file
This is a Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination document (WD # 2015-4015, Revision 34) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division, effective May 13, 2026. The determination applies to service contracts performed in York County, Maine.
The wage determination establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for over 100 occupational classifications across administrative, automotive, food service, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation occupational categories. All listed occupations receive a base Health & Welfare benefit of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly), with an alternative rate of $5.09 per hour for employees covered by Executive Order 13706. Employees are entitled to 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service (increasing to 3 weeks after 10 years and 4 weeks after 15 years) and a minimum of 11 paid holidays annually. Hazardous duty differentials of 8 percent and 4 percent apply to specified ordnance and explosives work. Uniform allowances are set at $3.35 per week ($0.67 daily) where applicable. Special provisions address computer professionals exemptions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and night/Sunday pay premiums for air traffic controllers and weather observers. The determination includes a conformance process (SF-1444) for classifying unlisted occupations not performed by existing wage classifications, requiring contractor submission within 30 days of work commencement and Department of Labor approval within 30 days of receipt.
