The procurement calls for six mirrors across three types: Transmitter Mirror 3 (two units, 66 mm diameter aluminum RSA-6061, 64 mm clear aperture, 313.851 ± 0.1 mm concave radius of curvature); Transmitter Mirror 4 (two units, 25.4 mm diameter, 23 mm clear aperture, 104.617 ± 0.1 mm concave radius of curvature); and Transmitter Mirror Collimator (two units, 25.4 mm diameter, 23 mm clear aperture, 121.618 ± 0.1 mm concave radius of curvature). All mirrors require enhanced gold coating with dielectric coating across 1520–1580 nm wavelength (minimum 95% reflectance), RMS surface figure irregularity less than 55 nm on primary surfaces, 40 Å surface roughness on primary surfaces and 75 Å on secondary surfaces, 0.25–0.5 mm 45-degree chamfers, and specified scratch/dig tolerances (40/20 primary, 60/40 secondary). Place of performance is NASA GSFC, Code 698, Greenbelt, Maryland, with a 20-week period of performance from award. NAICS code is 333310.
