Each delivery must include forage analysis documentation and certified weigh tickets, and must meet 95% of specified requirements or face rejection. The contractor will be responsible for storing hay at no additional cost and must include delivery and credit card transaction fees in their pricing. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract with a 12-month period of performance, and invoices will be submitted electronically with inspection and acceptance determined by the Contracting Officer Representative.
