The pre-solicitation notice outlines an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will cover a wide range of general construction disciplines, including maintenance, repair, alteration of existing real property, and new facility construction. Interested parties are required to submit a Contractor Capability Survey by February 27, 2025, at 1600 hours Arabian Standard Time, providing detailed information about their project capacity, capabilities, and experience. The sources sought notice is primarily a market research effort to gather industry information and assess potential contractor capabilities before issuing a formal solicitation.

The contract will have a base period of five years with five additional one-year option periods, potentially running from July 8, 2025, to July 7, 2027. Projected annual project opportunities range from 45-75 individual task orders, with each task order valued up to $300,000, resulting in an estimated annual total value between $30-60 million. There are no specific set-aside designations for this contract, making it open to a broad range of qualified contractors in the Commercial and Institutional Building Construction sector.
