Permitted crops are alfalfa, Sudan grass, or Bermuda grass unless written approval for alternatives is obtained. An annual pest management plan is due by January 15 each year, with monthly pesticide usage reports required. All conservation and maintenance work is the lessee's responsibility at its own cost, though reimbursable projects may be completed upon prior written approval.
