Interested vendors must submit a capability statement not exceeding 10 pages by May 12, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST to the specified contracting contacts, addressing company information, relevant experience with major-market radio stations, technical capabilities including talent access and production facilities, and at least three client references from the past three years. The notice indicates this is a competitive procurement opportunity, though no specific evaluation criteria or scoring methodology has been detailed in this Sources Sought phase.

This procurement is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, restricting competition to small business entities.
