This notice is issued as a presolicitation synopsis. This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal or complete package outlining the technical competencies/qualifications of the prospective contractor, nor does it represent any commitment by the Government. The RFP is anticipated to be posted following this synoppsis on 30 May 2025.
