About this opportunity
Air Combat Command seeks forty handheld Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) defeat capabilities — Dronebuster Block 4 systems with Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) attack functionality — with quotations due June 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST. This is an unrestricted commercial acquisition with no small business set-aside.
Place of performance spans ten CONUS locations (four units per site), with delivery required within 120 days after receipt of order. The procurement is NAICS 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,350 employees.
The Dronebuster Block 4 must include integrated RF power meter and analyzer capabilities, self-contained detection and analysis functionality with 10+ hours battery runtime, and a PNT Attack mode that spoofs GNSS signals to commandeer autonomous drones. The system must not exceed 5.85 lbs or dimensions of 21.6" L × 10.9" H × 4.5" D, achieve MIL STD 810 testing and IP65 rating, jam all four major satellite navigation systems (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou) across L1, L2, and L5 bands, and provide a minimum one-year warranty. Command and Control integration requires a high-reliability RS-422 serial interface and NATO Mil-Spec batteries (60+ minutes continuous jamming) or external DC power capability.
Offerors may quote the brand-name product or submit an equal product with supporting descriptive literature. Award will be made on a Firm-Fixed Price basis to a single contractor using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology. Quotations must include CAGE Code, UEI, business size certification, and a three-month validity statement. Prospective contractors must be registered in SAM and WAWF at submission. Key compliance clauses address covered defense telecommunications equipment, Buy American, unique item identification and marking, and cyber incident reporting.
