About this opportunity

The Department of the Army's Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds (ACC-APG) Tenant Division has published a Special Notice to improve communication with industry stakeholders regarding competitive acquisitions for Fiscal Year 2025. This notice serves as an informational update for potential contractors about upcoming procurement opportunities across various service categories. The special notice is not a formal solicitation and explicitly states that no proposals should be submitted in response to this posting. The document is designed to provide transparency and advance insight into potential contract opportunities while maintaining the integrity of the source selection process. The notice covers multiple competitive acquisitions spanning construction, facilities management, software services, and logistics support.

The primary objective of the special notice is to offer industry partners a preview of upcoming competitive acquisitions without compromising the procurement process. Contractors interested in these opportunities are instructed to submit questions via email to Ms. Yadira Colon, with a limit of 10 questions per vendor submission, and within one week of the update posting. The opportunities range from an $100-110M Post-Wide Minor Construction IDIQ to smaller software subscription purchases, with many opportunities designated as 8(a) set-aside contracts. Potential contractors should note that all procurements are subject to cancellation, and no reimbursement will be provided for feedback or documentation. The notice highlights approximately 11 distinct procurement opportunities across various service categories, including construction, forestry management, stormwater facilities maintenance, facilities and logistics services, and software subscriptions. Interested parties are advised to carefully review the attached presentation and follow the specified communication guidelines.
