All work must comply with the 11th edition Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, occur between 9 PM and 5 AM for roadway markings with temporary closures not exceeding two hours, and include traffic control, flagging, and environmental protections. Vehicles must observe weight limits of 40,000 pounds gross vehicle weight or 32,000 pounds per axle.
