Interested sources must submit a capability statement with technical data, cost information, and evidence demonstrating the capability to meet the requirement by September 20, 2024 at 8:00 AM Pacific Time. The government will consider all submissions received by the due date to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with a sole source award.
