The solicitation seeks a comprehensive service provider to support 250 cadets and 50 cadre members from 09-13 June 2025, with requirements including meals, lodging, medical support, and various training activities. Key contract objectives involve providing fully equipped training experiences such as land navigation, swimming, canoeing, ropes courses, and leadership development exercises. The evaluation criteria will focus on the lowest-priced, responsive quote from a responsible offeror, with all quotes required to be submitted electronically through SAM.gov no later than June 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov website, and it is the offeror's responsibility to monitor and acknowledge any changes.

The contract will cover comprehensive services including up to three daily meals, separate male and female lodging accommodations, a first-aid facility staffed by four certified EMTs, and a wide range of leadership and recreational training activities. Specific equipment requirements include canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and necessary safety and training gear for activities like a ropes course, high rope bridges, zip line, and land navigation across 4-5 acres of terrain. The contract will be administered through the USACC G4 Warehouse at Fort Knox, Kentucky, and is structured as a firm-fixed-price service contract with precise specifications for cadet participation and safety standards.
