This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately.

This is a 100% Small business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333923 – Overhead Traveling Cane, Hoist, and Monorail System Manufacturing, with a corresponding small business standard of 1, 250 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 3950 Winches, Hoists, Cranes and Derricks.

Plant Floor: Where the crane is located or called erection floor (236’ Elevation). Max Elevation from Top of Crane 265’.
Penstock Floor: Where are the big pipes are located the lowest floor in the Plant( 178’ Elevation).
