All items must be stainless steel with dimensions of 60 inches L × 32 inches W with elevatable platform, weighing 696–1,220 pounds, operating on 115V/1ph/60hz. Equipment must meet environmental conditions of 21.0±6.0°C, 35–75 percent humidity, 0–2,000 meters elevation. A one-year Gold Level Service Contract (part number SV100) providing an additional year of warranty beyond standard factory warranty, for two years total coverage, is required. Delivery must occur within 90–120 days of purchase to the Dallas VA Healthcare System warehouse with white glove inside delivery. VA in-house staff will perform post-installation air testing. Special clean room dress is required for installation but will be provided by VA.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
