Contractors must furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work in compliance with detailed project specifications. The solicitation (36C26325B0004) requires bidders to submit their proposals by April 29, 2025, with a mandatory site visit scheduled for April 9, 2024. Evaluation criteria will include contractor safety records, environmental compliance, and adherence to Davis-Bacon wage determination requirements.

The project is estimated to cost between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with a 180-day performance period beginning 75 days after the Notice to Proceed.
