About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 16, supporting Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement to Quidelortho Sales Company, LLC for an Ortho Vision analyzer system with reagents, service support, and consumables, with responses due by May 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time. The requirement is classified under NAICS 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) and PSC 6550 (In Vitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits and Sets). Although this is a notice of intent not requesting competitive bids, interested parties may submit a letter of interest demonstrating technical capability to provide compatible Ortho Vision analyzer systems and associated supplies within 15 calendar days of publication. Questions must be submitted to Contracting Officer Anthony Marion at anthony.marion2@va.gov by May 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST via email only.
