This notice was posted on October 17, 2025, and represents the VA's intention to award a firm-fixed-price service contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) based on a determination that only one responsible source can satisfy the agency's requirements. The period of performance runs from November 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four optional 12-month renewal periods available. Online registration on SAM.gov alone does not constitute sufficient evidence of capabilities, and verbal or facsimile responses will not be accepted.
