About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs awarded a firm fixed price delivery order valued at $370,798.80 to AGFA Healthcare Corporation for PACS equipment and services at Albany VAMC on October 20, 2026.
The delivery order was issued under Defense Logistics Agency contract SPE2D1-16-D-0013. The contracting officer determined AGFA Healthcare Corporation is the sole awardee capable of providing the required supplies and services at the specified level of quality because the supplies and services are unique and highly specialized. DLA negotiated fair and reasonable pricing under the underlying contract; the contracting officer conducted price evaluation confirming quoted prices were equal to or less than the contract price and determined the delivery order represents best value for the Government's needs. No set-aside was used. The work is classified under PSC 6525 and NAICS 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing).
Notice text
