About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 15 seeks three new Interacoustics Titan systems configured with IMP440 Impedance Modules for diagnostic audiology equipment, with proposals due August 21, 2026. A signed justification for single source award dated August 13, 2026 indicates this procurement will not be competed; the vendor must be an authorized distributor of the specified brand.

Place of performance is Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center in Columbia, Missouri. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order. Each system must include the Titan handheld unit with IMP440 module capable of 226 Hz tympanometry, ipsilateral and contralateral acoustic reflex testing, reflex decay and latency testing, and Eustachian tube function tests. Required accessories include probe systems with extension cables and eartip kits, test cavities (0.2, 0.5, 2.0, and 5.0 cubic centimeters), charging stand and external power supply, two rechargeable lithium batteries, Titan PC Suite software, contralateral transducers, USB cables, and carrying cases. The vendor shall also provide installation, training, manufacturer's instructions for use, and warranty documentation. The acquisition uses NAICS 334510, Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, and PSC 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. Evaluation considers technical requirements, past performance, and delivery as significantly more important than price. The contract is firm fixed price with FOB destination and electronic funds transfer payment upon completion and acceptance.
