About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 16 seeks a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide a CT Contrast Injection System for its Radiology department, with quotes due May 22, 2026 and questions due May 15, 2026. This is an SDVOSB set-aside, foreclosing competition outside that category.
Place of performance is Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System Imaging Service in Biloxi, Mississippi. The required system must be a dual-syringe CT Contrast Injector with programmable injection parameters: flow rates of 0.1–10 mL/sec, volumes up to syringe capacity in 1-mL increments, and pressure limits ranging from 50/345 to 325/2241 psi. The system must feature a touchscreen interface, CT scanner synchronization via DICOM protocols, air bubble detection and overpressure shutoff, and support for both 150 mL and 200 mL sterile disposable syringes with up to six programmable multi-phase injection protocols. Installation includes ceiling mounting with complete setup, 60 days of consumables, and clinical and biomedical training. The solicitation also includes line items for Auto Doc Point of Care/PACS (FLEX) software and implementation services. NAICS code is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing); PSC is 6515. Award will be firm-fixed-price to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offeror. Offerors must comply with SDVOSB subcontracting limitations, Buy American compliance, security prohibitions, and personnel vetting at Tier 1/Low Risk level. Submit pricing for all five line items. Contact Angela Kennedy at 228-523-6004 or angela.kennedy2@va.gov.
