Interested parties are requested to respond by June 25, 2020 if they can provide the exact brand requested, equivalent products, or are a small business manufacturer. Responses will be evaluated based on the ability to meet the technical requirements, business size, and any applicable GSA or VA Federal Supply Schedule contracts.

As this is a request for information, there are no identified incumbents or budget ranges provided. The technical requirements indicate the agency seeks a system able to disinfect a variety of healthcare facility surfaces through UV-C exposure, but does not specify quantity or timeline for services.
