Period of Performance (POP) 10/01/2018 09/30/2018 plus 4 OPT YR
Under the Statement of Work, Item 12 (a) and (b) it is requesting stat deliveries during non-working hours. In my experience, PET procedures are not done as a stat exam during non-working hours, nor is FDG typically available for after-hours add-ons due to the extremely short half-life and difficulty in producing the product. Can you please confirm is after-hours same day add-on stat doses are in fact needed at the VA Houston?  I m assuming it will not be necessary, but if so, we d need some additional information/clarification on this.
YES-we May have to do add on PTs late in the day ~5 pm or may need a Saturday delivery
As for stat deliveries during normal working hours, for sites that are over 1 hour away that require stat deliveries, we meet this requirement by providing daily contingency doses based on the site s needs. The customer is then only billed for the contingency doses that they use. Would this be acceptable?Â
Â
 NO.  Not acceptable. Â.
