About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to perform routine maintenance and monthly and annual testing of the Aurora Fire Pump System Model 481 located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. The contractor must perform work in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Standards NFPA 25, and maintain a master record of all maintenance and testing performed for submission to the government Point of Contact upon completion. Quotes are due no later than February 23, 2024 and will be evaluated with pricing for the base period of February 12, 2024 to February 11, 2025 and four optional one-year extensions.

This is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside competition under NAICS 812990 and PSC S206. The place of performance is the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street in Aurora, Colorado. The base period of performance is one year with options that could extend the contract to a total of five years. Offerors must provide pricing for the base year and each optional period.

Contractor shall perform routine maintenance as well as monthly and annual testing as required by manufacturer and NFPA code on the Aurora Fire Pump System Model 481 located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. All work and services shall be in accordance with National Fire Protection Association Standards (NFPA 25). In accordance with NFPA 25, a master record of maintenance and testing shall be maintained by the Contractor for submission to the government Point of Contact (POC) upon completion of the work required by this contract.
