About this opportunity
The United States Marine Corps seeks Counter-UAS Adversary Force (CUAS ADFOR) support services for the 2d Marine Division, with quotes due August 3, 2026 and questions accepted through July 27. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 541990 (size standard $19.5 million).
Place of performance is Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contract runs from award through October 2026, with primary training exercises scheduled for October 4–10, 2026. The contractor shall provide persistent surveillance using one to two drones daily, conduct simulated swarm attacks employing a minimum of ten unmanned aircraft per engagement against battalion-sized elements up to 2,000 feet altitude, execute First-Person View (FPV) and harassment operations against company and squad-sized formations, and deliver daily performance reports with video feedback to battalion commanders by 2100 hours each training day. A comprehensive briefing to the 2d Marine Regiment is required within five business days of exercise conclusion. All UAS platforms must be consistent with near-peer adversary systems; contractor-owned platforms manufactured in covered foreign countries are permissible for field training use provided they remain unconnected to Government information systems. Flight operations are limited to ten hours daily within designated restricted airspace at standard altitudes up to 1,000 feet above ground level. The contractor is responsible for personnel transportation, lodging, meals, and equipment; the Government provides range access, airspace waivers, spectrum clearances, and communication capability. All contractor-produced media and reports become Government property with unlimited rights. The RFQ specifies a single firm-fixed-price contract line item with FOB destination pricing to Camp Lejeune; quotes must remain valid for 90 days. Evaluation is based on price reasonableness (FAR 12.204(a)) and technical capability, with the Government reserving the right to award on initial quotes without negotiation.
