About this opportunity
Army Contracting Command seeks photographic equipment and accessories for the 25th Infantry Division Public Affairs Office with quotes due September 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM HST. This is a 100% women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside under a brand-name restriction to Canon products only, with a total procurement value of $37,017.
Place of performance is Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. The solicitation (W912CN26QA066) requires two Canon EOS R5 MK II Mirrorless Cameras, two RF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lenses, two Night Vision Adapters for Canon Mirrorless Cameras with White Phosphor Image, two LP-E19 battery chargers, and twelve high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. All items are firm fixed price. Delivery must occur within 60 calendar days of award, FOB Destination, with the contractor bearing transportation costs.
The NAICS code is 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The PSC is 6760. The contracting office is located at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, with Kristoffer Saranghilo as the contracting officer.
The Contracting Officer determined that Canon brand products are the only reasonably available option because alternative brands would create significant incompatibility risks with the PAO's existing standardized audiovisual infrastructure and disrupt time-sensitive media operations. Market research confirmed at least two small business vendors within GSA are capable of supplying the required items.
Evaluation is on a Pass/Fail basis for technical acceptability against salient characteristics, with price evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Vendors must provide their SAM.gov UEI with quotes and follow the CLIN structure outlined in the attached DA 1449. Quotes must be emailed to the point of contact listed in the solicitation. Solicitation Amendment #01 updated manufacturing part numbers and re-solicited to GPE.
