Purpose

The Washington DC VA Medical Center (DCVAMC), Facilities Management Service (FMS), Engineering Service (130), requires the purchase of three (3) Kubota RTVX2C-SKLH-1 X-Cab Utility Vehicles (UTVs) to replace end-of-lifecycle ground utility vehicles currently supporting FMS Grounds operations at 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422. The existing vehicles (EE1321380 and EE1321381) have reached six (6) years of service life and are experiencing recurring corrective maintenance failures with limited parts availability.
