Interested vendors must respond by February 27, 2026, confirming their capability to meet the stated location requirements and providing specific information requested by the contracting office. No incumbent contractor or specific award value is identified in this source-sought notice, as the government is in the market research phase to assess vendor availability and capability. Parking may be provided in either an indoor garage or outdoor surface lot configuration, though indoor facilities must include access control systems such as key cards if utilized, with associated costs to be included in vendor pricing. The applicable NAICS code is 812930 (Parking Lots and Garages), and the PSC category is X1LZ (Lease/Rental of Parking Facilities). Vendors interested in supporting this requirement should prepare responses demonstrating their operational capacity to meet the government's specifications for a high-security, continuously accessible parking solution in Manhattan.
