The corrosion removal shall be conducted without hindering the structural integrity of the vehicles. The contractor shall restore equipment in accordance with technical data through metal repair such as welding and fabrication, rework of fiberglass, and plastic structures. The contractor shall be responsible for the safety and accountability of all its employees and provide all required personnel protective equipment. See attached documents for more information.

ATTENTION TO ALL OFFERORS. There is a specific format set in this solicitation. Failure to comply with this requirement may not be accepted by the US Government. If 18 CONS provided a form, all offerors must use the original format to expedite the evaluation of offers. Also, offerors must not alter or change the formatting of the document. All changes must be submitted to the POC below for approval.
