The scope consists of three primary sign categories for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation: Street and Directional Signs (9 inches tall, up to 25 characters, white legend on green or blue background, Type IV sheeting, MUTCD compliant, double-sided, mounted on galvanized U-Channel posts); E911 Addressing Signs (12 inches by 12 to 36 inches, aluminum, black on yellow, Type IV sheeting, single-sided with corner holes); and Vertical E911 Numbered Address Signs (6 inches wide, variable height, white on red, double-sided, Type IV sheeting, mounted on galvanized 4-foot posts with tamperproof hardware). All signs must use Highway Series C font and comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Vendors must submit mockups for fourteen sign-type configurations for NHDOT approval prior to manufacturing and provide product cut sheets detailing all component specifications. The contract is a one-time purchase order with delivery required within 30 days of purchase order receipt to nine NHDOT locations across six districts and four bureaus. Vendors must deliver Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., with 48-hour advance notice to each location. Bid prices must be FOB Destination (delivery included), quoted in US dollars with no separate fuel or special surcharges; prices must remain firm for 180 days from the bid due date. All equipment requires a minimum one-year warranty or manufacturer's standard period, whichever is greater, covering parts, shipping, labor, travel, and expenses. Vendors must comply with New Hampshire RSA 9-C environmental requirements, including recycled content and waste reduction where practical, and must provide Material Safety Data Sheets as required. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award by individual items, and terminate with 30 days' written notice. Vendors must have a completed vendor application package on file prior to award. Payment will be made via ACH transfer no earlier than 30 days after invoice receipt and full delivery and acceptance.

Bridge Beam Slabs
The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services is seeking a bid for 8 pre-stressed bridge beam slabs, solicitation number 193-25, targeting a specific project for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) located in Weare, NH. Each beam slab will measure 4' x 31'8" and must be delivered within 90 days after receipt of the purchase order. The bid is due on May 16, 2025, at 11:30 AM Eastern Time, with bid solicitation originally distributed on May 6, 2025. Vendors must provide detailed technical specifications compliant with NHDOT 2016 Standard Specifications and AASHTO 2024 LRFD Bridge Design Specification, including precise requirements for prestressed concrete components with a 6000 psi compressive strength at 28 days. Evaluation criteria will focus on the lowest conforming bid from a responsible vendor, with preference given to environmentally friendly products and vendors utilizing SmartWay Transport partners to promote fuel efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The procurement does not specify explicit set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, though standard state procurement practices typically encourage diverse vendor participation. The contract represents a one-time order with a firm delivery point, requiring vendors to provide a comprehensive one-year warranty covering 100% of parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and associated expenses. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly detailed, the bid involves specialized engineering components necessitating fabrication certification from the Prestressed Concrete Institute. Electronic invoicing will be required, with payment processed 30 days after invoice receipt and item acceptance. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids, maintaining flexibility in the procurement process. Vendors must demonstrate technical capabilities in manufacturing precast, pre-tensioned concrete structural members and comply with rigorous quality control and technical specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, Division of Procurement and Support Services, is soliciting bids for Request for Bid (RFB) No. 168-25 to procure 8 pre-stressed bridge beam slabs for the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT). The specific procurement involves 4' x 31'8" prestressed concrete slabs to be delivered to the NHDOT facility located at 387 S Stark Hwy in Weare, NH. The bid opportunity covers the manufacturing, delivery, and warranty of these specialized bridge components, with technical specifications requiring LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) methodology, HL93 design loading, and a compressive strength of 6000 psi at 28 days. Vendors must provide detailed technical documentation, including material safety data sheets and comply with environmental guidelines. Key dates for this procurement include a bid posting on 4/11/2025, a final date for questions on 4/21/2025, with state responses expected by 4/25/2025, and a bid submission deadline of 4/29/2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The successful vendor will be required to complete delivery within 30 days of receiving the purchase order and provide a comprehensive warranty covering 100% of parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging, and expenses for at least one year. The contract opportunity does not explicitly specify set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises. Vendors must be registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and be prepared to invoice electronically to keith.d.perkins@dot.nh.gov. The state reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest-cost bidder meeting all specifications, with the ability to reject any or all bids. Fabricators must be certified by the Prestressed Concrete Institute and adhere to strict quality control standards, including specific guidelines for mix design, testing, and member inspection. While no specific budget range is mentioned, the procurement involves a one-time order with firm pricing in US dollars, inclusive of all delivery and associated costs. The technical specifications suggest this is part of the state's infrastructure improvement program, potentially for bridge maintenance or replacement on NH Route 114 in Weare, NH. Payment terms are net 30 days after delivery, inspection, and acceptance of the bridge beam slabs.
