Zocalo_Plaza_Rendering.pdf

The document is an architectural site plan rendering for the First Street Zocalo project in Immokalee, Florida, prepared by Corban Architecture/Planning/Sustainability. The rendering depicts a detailed landscape design for a public plaza located on North First Street, featuring a central walkway, multiple green spaces with trees, a band shell, art walls, bike racks, and various paved areas. The plan includes specific details about tree placement, with some trees marked with an "X" to indicate missing or planned locations, and a note specifying one LED cool white light decoration per frontage tree.

The site plan provides a comprehensive overview of the plaza's layout, showing meticulous design considerations including landscaping, hardscaping, and architectural elements. The rendering indicates careful attention to spatial organization, with green spaces strategically positioned around central walkways and structures. The plan appears to be part of a broader redevelopment initiative for the Immokalee Community Redevelopment Area (CRA), specifically focused on enhancing the public space at Zocalo Plaza to create an inviting and functional community gathering area.
