About this file
This document is an inventory of holiday decorations owned by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) for Zocalo Plaza in Immokalee, Florida. The comprehensive inventory lists 80 different holiday-themed decorative items located at South Park, including various inflatable characters, snowmen, nutcrackers, presents, animals with holiday accessories, and lighting displays. The items range in condition from poor to excellent, with sizes varying from small 15-inch decorations to large 8-foot displays. Many items are Christmas-themed, featuring Santa Claus, reindeer, elves, and winter motifs, and are stored in boxes, bags, or transit.
The inventory provides detailed documentation of each item, including quantity, description, dimensions, condition, and specific location. Some notable observations include multiple decorations in fair or poor condition that may require repair or replacement, such as a gray kitten with a missing ear, a snowman with a missing eye, and several items noted as "faded & broken". The inventory appears to be part of preparation for the upcoming holiday decoration installation at Zocalo Plaza, potentially supporting the CRA's procurement process for holiday decoration services. The meticulous documentation suggests the CRA is conducting a comprehensive assessment of its existing holiday decoration assets before potentially seeking additional installation or replacement services.
