The project involves installing green stormwater infrastructure at Memorial Park, with a bid submission deadline of October 31, 2025 at 10:00 am. The project encompasses various construction activities including site clearing, earthwork, aggregate base courses, concrete pavement, permeable concrete pavers, and erosion control. The bid form includes specific quantities for items such as excavation (129 CY), porous pavers (2200 SF), concrete walk (190 SF), quart-size plugs (336 EA), and various soil and aggregate materials.

The project is funded through the City of Center Line and involves detailed technical specifications for materials and installation processes. The bid includes a comprehensive breakdown of unit prices for different construction elements, with a focus on green stormwater infrastructure techniques. Bidders are required to provide detailed information about proposed subcontractors, and the project manual includes extensive technical requirements for geosynthetics, aggregate materials, concrete pavements, and permeable concrete pavers.
