Project Manager and use forms D-1 through D-3 for submittal of the Project Manager’s similar projects.
2. All five elements are mandatory. In order to be considered for one full point, a similar project must contain all five elements. Failure to demonstrate all five elements will result in a score of zero.
3. A minimum of one project must be for Correctional, Detention, or *Public Safety
Administration Office buildings. Failure to submit at least one public safety administration office building will result in a one point deduction.
b. The other two projects can be additional public safety administration office buildings or general office buildings meeting the same 5,000 minimum gross square feet requirement.
c. At least one similar project must include a second story. Failure to have at least one similar project include a second story will result in a one point deduction.

DEFINITIONS:
Project Manager: The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for the Prime Consultant and will personally oversee and direct all services of the Prime Consultant for this project, such as the design, permitting, bidding, construction and post construction phases.
