About this file

This document is a sole source advertisement from Orange County, Florida, seeking to procure a specialized pavement assessment and infrastructure management software solution. The county is specifically interested in acquiring iWorQ Systems software, which they have determined is the sole provider meeting their comprehensive requirements for multiple divisions including Public Works, Roads & Drainage, Stormwater, and Public Works Traffic Engineering. The software must provide an Enterprise Cloud software package, integrate with Aurigo project management software and the county's existing GIS system, offer real-time cloud-based access for employees, include an external web map for citizen work tracking, and manage the Stormwater package in compliance with MS4 permitting requirements. Vendors interested in demonstrating their capability to meet these specifications are invited to contact Ana Villalona by email or phone, with the information available for review until 4:00 PM on December 16, 2022.

The solicitation emphasizes the unique nature of the procurement as a sole source acquisition, indicating that after industry research, iWorQ Systems is the only vendor capable of providing the comprehensive software solution Orange County requires. The cloud-based system's key features include dynamic infrastructure management, real-time work tracking, and public-facing work visualization, which suggest the county is seeking advanced technological capabilities to improve operational efficiency and public transparency. While specific pricing details are not provided in this document, the sole source approach implies a direct negotiation process with the identified vendor rather than a competitive bidding scenario.
