About this file
This document is a Waiver, Indemnity, and Premises Use Agreement issued by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) for a site visit related to building repairs at two CDOT maintenance yards located in Yuma and Wray, Colorado. The site visit is scheduled for April 9, 2025, from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., allowing potential bidders to inspect the maintenance buildings in preparation for a project involving the replacement of building components, with the final bid submission date set for April 15, 2025. Participants must adhere to strict guidelines, including following CDOT supervisor instructions and vacating the premises by 2:00 p.m. on the designated site visit day.
The agreement outlines critical terms for site access, including liability waivers and indemnification provisions that protect CDOT from any claims, damages, or injuries occurring during the site visit. Only approved contractors, consultants, and representatives who have signed the agreement are permitted to enter the properties, and all activities must comply with applicable safety laws and regulations. While specific budget details are not provided in this document, the agreement suggests a structured procurement process for building component replacement at two CDOT maintenance facilities in Colorado.
